Recommended sorry to hear it michael. But as located in china i want to say that its really very hard to get refund from these scammers , apart from alibaba fair play fund or their support . As they use fake id, address , to get license and membership , later if you will go or send any representative to their address you will find nothing . Also to lodge legal complain in chinese police you need to be here personally or they will not accept your case. Hiring legal firm can work , but their fee and their long procedure make it worse as well. So the conclusion is better to make proper verification and study before any deal with any supplier , Special with branded electronics supplier . Follow safe trading posts , avoid payment to personal account ,dont go for big order first etc will work for you .. Next time be alert ....Still more business to come ..... take a lesson from it to avoid mistake in future . Good luck regards

Recommended Michael scammed $750 by Foshan LZWJ Trading Co LTD, now the company black listed, more information about it here: http://ask.3466.cn/Q/800333781-Foshan-LZWJ-Stones-Manufactory-Are-they-FAKE.html, so he is not qualified to claim for Fair Play Fund, because Fair Play Fund only accept claims for  cases while the supplier active member. But you can do one of the following: - You can report to Chinese Embassy in your country, report to interpool. - You can Employ a Law Firm in China. In all cases you should keep the benficiary ID number, otherwise it is hard. Thanks.
